It's Easy to do this. Make Sasuke far enough and then use Great Fireball Technique. If you do correctly, your opponent will touch the fireball and hits 34 times. Also, throw your opponent and if he/she's down, get far enough(It's a little bit close). You can see the fire. There is a part are the lowest. If hits, it gives 34 hits too.

Itachi Uchiha has a combo attack that will not allow the opponent to use a substitution jutsu after it, so you can continuously do it over and over again to win matches. This is most useful in Survival mode. The combo is Weak, Weak, Weak, Weak, Weak, Strong Attack. It should end with Itachi making a clone of himself and stabbing the opponent in the back. Because of the animation, the opponent will not be able to react. I got up to 50 wins in a row with Itachi in Survival mode with almost full health.
