First, pitch the ball in the strike zone. If it is a strike, on the second pitch throw a fastball outside the strike zone. After one pitch like that, the batter will start swinging to almost any pitch.

When at bat, hold Up to send the ball farther out. Note: This increases the risk of hitting a fly ball to the outfield.
